Pagal Baba Ashram, Vrindavan
Pagal Baba Ashram was constructed by Pagal Baba (Shri Leelanand Thakur) who was once a judge. People called him Pagal Baba (Mad Baba) and the story behind this is "A poor Brahmin was a great devotee of Banke Bihari. Once he had borrowed a few rupees from a mahajan and used to repay it little by little every month. When the last installment remained, Mahajan sent him a court notice that he had not yet repaid the loan, so refund the entire amount of interest. In such a situation, the Brahmin was very upset.
