Rudra or Rudr Kunda (Rudana Kund), Govardhan - Braj
Rudra-Kunda is situated in Goverdhan Parikrama in Braj and is also called Rudana-Kunda. Tears are the purest form of devotion. Here Lord Shiva became so absorbed in meditation on Radha Krishn’s pastimes that he began to cry (rudana karnaa) continuously and Rudra Kunda is manifested out of the tears of love of Lord Shiva. Nearby is the place where Krishna used to play ball. In this area, one can also take darshan of Lord Radhika's sitting-place.
