In Bhatraund village, Lord Krishna enjoyed a variety of delectable cooked grains and dishes brought by Brahman's wives.
While grazing the cows near the fire sacrifice area, Shri Krishna and his cowherd friends felt hungry. Krishna sent his friends to beg for food from the Brahmanas who were performing the sacrifice. Unfortunately, the non-devotional Brahmanas were too absorbed in their sacrifice and refused to give them anything. Krishna's friends were insulted and returned to him, but He instructed them to seek food from the wives of those Brahmanas.
